Ticketleap was founded in 2003 after realizing many of the industry’s ticketing solutions were designed for large-scale events and lacked a user-friendly design. That left a high barrier to entry for smaller events who needed a more flexible solution without any long-term contracts. Our platform has similar tools as larger ticketing systems, and are available to all organizers, all the time, at no cost.

We quickly made waves in the industry by not only providing an easy-to-use platform to smaller events, but also securing an impressive roster of some of the most notable haunted attractions and seasonal events. To continue empowering organizers of all types and sizes to easily create events, we joined the Patron Technology family as its do-it-yourself solution alongside ShowClix and PatronManager. From the start, it was clear that our vision lined up with Patron Technology’s: to simplify the event ticketing and management process.

The plan for Patron Technology was to create a suite of event technology that provided organizers with a single solution for all their event needs. The company began by bringing together the best software in the ticketing space (including Ticketleap!), with the goal of expanding to the entire event experience, including mobile apps, access control, engagement, and cashless products.
