We are growing fast and looking for those who are eager to become a long-term valued member of our NIRVC family. The Office Administrative role is an hourly position paying between $24 - $28+ per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

  • Manage all office requirements for the store
  • Oversee the preparation and modification of documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for manager or employees
  • General clerical duties
  • Process check deposits
  • Maintain all credit cards receipts to reconcile each month
  • Process all Parts / Service invoices and report to corporate once a week
  • Distribute incoming calls from operator and backup to the operator
  • Distribution of incoming mail daily
  • Meet and greet all customers and assist in their needs when receptionist is away
  • Organize accounts payable invoices daily for accounting department
  • Separate and organize closed service repair orders daily and distribute for scanning
  • Manage and ordering office supplies & coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Manage the ordering, tracking and distribution of employee uniforms
  • Storage-Provide potential storage customers tours of the facility, responsible for complete lease agreements new and final departures, issuing QR codes, issuing customer access codes and key fobs, managing and distribution of the Storage Occupancy Report the first of every month

Qualifications of the Office Administrator:
