  • Secure Information on departmental needs and prepare recommendations on vending sources
  • Process supplies requisitions received from departments; receipts and accompanying invoices for payment
  • Acts as a liaison between departments and service representatives
  • Schedule meetings, greet clients, organize supplies, respond to emails
  • Make all the necessary business travel for employees
  • Manage office equipment, printers, wireless hot spots, computers
  • Order Office and safety supplies
  • Time sheets control and distribution to sub contractors.
  • Keeps a tidy workplace and arrange cleaning services when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 /hour
