The QTI Group is assisting our client in recruiting an Office Assistant, located in Waunakee. The primary responsibility of this TEMPORARY role is to support members and events by providing customer service and providing administrative support. This opportunity offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm and a pay rate of $18/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries about membership
  • Data entry and monitoring/compilation of data related to events
  • Set up and run technology for both online and in-person events (workshops, meetings)
  • Plan event needs in collaboration with events team
  • Collect, organize, and manage content on websites
  • Develop and publish online forms, surveys and various reports
  • Provide customer service to membership for festival software, online forms, website navigation, and general program questions
  • Provide administrative support to directors including, but not limited to, data entry, clerical support, and reporting
Qualifications:
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to utilize spreadsheets for organizing data, data analysis, calculations, and charting
  • Ability to utilize word/text documents for communication, mail merge, and collaborative editing
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes information quickly
  • Ability to adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
  • Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent administrative and technology support to members/customers and internal staff
  • Preferred software experience
  • Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
  • Filemaker Pro Databases
  • Microsoft Office
  • Wordpress Website Builder
  • MemberSuite (AMS)
