Office Clerk/Receptionist

ISE is seeking a candidate to join our office staff in a clerical role. The candidate should have good communication skills, punctuality, and the ability to execute given tasks on time, with minimal errors.

The position is full time, 8-4:30 PM

Responsibilities include:

A. Reception - Candidate will be the primary person to answer incoming calls to our office. Duties include answering questions about the ISE bid list, forwarding callers to the correct department, and taking detailed messages as needed.

B. Clerical

  • Operations role, performing various data entry for company analytics
  • Management role, setting up and corresponding with office supply vendors
  • AR/AP role, receiving and coding invoices for payment and generating customer invoices
  • Human Resources Role, aiding in the onboarding process by facilitating new hire paperwork

Essential Skills

  • Comfortable speaking with people over the phone on incoming calls
  • Construction office experience, including basic construction terminology
  • Typing (50 words per minute or better)
  • Quickbooks basics or better
  • MS Word and Excel basics or better
  • Willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

  • Verizon One-Talk phone system experience
  • Docuware experience
  • Notary Public

A reliable mode of transportation is a must, and candidate must be willing to use their own vehicle from time to time, with mileage reimbursed accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
