Summary The role will lead and support risk reduction and continuous improvement initiatives by applying systematic problem solving methodologies to investigation process and product deviations. The role will also coach other functions in the use of these methods.

Role Responsibilities Support and lead risk reduction and continuous improvement initiatives in line with company strategy; Support and lead problem solving investigations for product and process deviations and customer complaints;

Responsible for investigation and documentation associated with Corrective and Preventive Actions; Proactively identify and escalate opportunities for risk reduction and Continuous Improvement; Support the QA team with complex batch specific investigations and product disposition;

Provide coaching to other functions in using problem solving structured approach, investigation tools and CAPA process Qualifications, Skills and Experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Be a passionate advocate of quality as a discipline and continuous improvement. Excellent English language skills. Good understanding of MS Office tools, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

a) Must have Experience o At least 2 years experience in the use of quality improvement and problem solving tools, and the interpretation of data.

o Have experience of coordinating the activities of a team. b) Desirable Experience

o Completion of Six Sigma process improvement training to Greenbelt level. o Experience of terminally sterilized product manufacture. o

Have experience of critical equipment and process Change Control. o Have general knowledge equipment and process Validation.
