About the job:

NSF is opening its first ever pop-up in West Hollywood. We are searching for seasonal employees who are willing to work on weekends, and weekdays periodically or as needed. The sales representative will be required to know our product and capabilities (after a training period) and will be in charge of ensuring the client’s needs are being met. This individual will be the direct point of contact with the customer.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Have strong sales experience particularly in luxury fashion

Provide outstanding customer service that's sincere, enthusiastic, and professional

Share your knowledge of store products and services to build sales and minimize returns

Meet selling goals/expectations during scheduled shifts

Recommend additional merchandise that compliments customer selections

Use point-of-sale and mobile point-of-sale systems to cashier and process customer purchases (we'll train you on these)

Handle returns with courtesy and professionalism

Be at work and be there on time

Follows loss prevention procedures

Adheres to company dress code policy

Maintaining appearance and cleanliness of store

Will open and close store

Work Hours:

Training beginning 12/2

Must work on weekends and periodically on weekdays as needed

Saturday 11-7pm

Sunday 12-6pm

Must be able to work Dec 5th from 5-10pm for our first event announcing the pop up

Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.

Able to utilize retail technology.

Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office

Compensation:

$17 an hr + 5% commission
