SUMMARY
Enterprise, intermediate level position responsible for identifying, analyzing, developing and implementing strategies to resolve negative payment patterns, process or internal control failures or issues through the quote to cash business process cycle. Identifies trends or specific/unique financial transactions in support of accounts receivable collections for a portfolio of small to medium-sized dealers, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, practices and processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct timely, accurate, detailed investigation and analysis of daily, operational enterprise transactions within the Order to Cash cycle, including but not limited to: Proof of Deliveries, Return to Vendor (RTV’s), Short Paid Invoices, Unpaid invoices, Unauthorized deductions, Credit References, Missing Remittances as assigned or other related duties as requested.
· Develops positive customer, peer, and internal business partner relationships through problem solving, networking, collaboration, and other interactions
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Associate degree (A.A.S) or minimum of one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of combined 2 years’ experience in Accounting, Customer Service, Credit & Collections, with experience in best practices for an organization
- Intermediate user of the Microsoft Suite of office software
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $61,760 to $92,640 per year.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
