- Collaborate with clinical leadership and HR to understand hiring needs and forecast future staffing demands
- Use creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, including social media, job boards, networking, referral programs, and community outreach
- Build and nurture a pipeline of passionate clinicians and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and professional organizations
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to hiring strategies
- Promote our mission and culture to prospective candidates in an authentic and compelling way
Who You Are:
- A people-person who thrives on connection, communication, and collaboration
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
- Driven by purpose and eager to support clinicians who change lives
- Able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- A self-starter who’s not afraid to take initiative and innovate recruitment practices
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, education, or behavioral health
- Familiarity with clinical roles in ABA (BCBA, BCaBA, RBT), occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with virtual recruiting and digital communication tools (Zoom, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Why You’ll Love This Role:
- Be part of a mission that matters—your work directly helps children get the care they need
- Supportive and collaborative team culture
- Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid)
- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
- Ongoing professional development opportunities
- A chance to shape the future of a growing organization—and have fun doing it!
