Ascent ABA is a California-based ABA provider that is both clinician-owned and family-owned. We are seeking candidates for the entry-level Associate Clinical Supervisor role, which will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring ABA programs. This role will provide support to the Clinical Director. This role is ideal for individuals looking to take the next step in their career while making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
This position involves delivering in-home supervision services within the Inland Empire area. We're looking for individuals with strong skills in applied behavior analysis and interpersonal skills.

- Provide top-quality supervision of cases and technicians under the direction of the BCBA.
- Provide feedback to Behavior Technicians through training, team meetings, data review, etc.
- Report regularly to Supervisors on patient progress and/or concerns.
- Additional assistance to supervisors includes maintaining program books, assisting with report writing, etc.
- Set and meet performance goals for case quality and administrative duties.
- Assist in training new staff members.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times across all settings.
- Minimize cancellations
- Attend required training and meetings.
- Complete a weekly employee satisfaction survey.
- Conduct weekly treatment integrity checks (i.e., IOA, fidelity of implementation) for BT staff.
- Write treatment plans, progress reports, and goal updates and analyze client performance data to assist with treatment decision-making.
- Assist with assessments for clients, introduce therapy programs, select targets to address skill deficits, and target specific behaviors for increase or reduction based on a BCBA's guidance.
- Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must complete a criminal background check before employment
- Upon hire, the candidate must obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential within 90 days of starting this position.
- Bachelor's Degree with 12 units of ABA and 1 year of experience
OR
- A Master's Degree in ABA (Preferred)
OR
- currently enrolled in an ABA-focused master's program. (Preferred)
- Availability to work a minimum of 30-40 hours per week for full-time consideration
- Must be willing to commit to one year of employment
- Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work afternoons (2:30 pm and on Monday through Friday).
- High travel around the Inland Empire area to client homes, schools, or community-based locations.
Clinical Skill Set Requirements:
Ascent uses PFA/SBT and PRT methodologies. The candidate must have strong clinical skills for this role. If the candidate does not have training in one of the core methodologies, the candidate must be willing to go through in-house training and pass fidelities for each methodology.

Hours: This is a part-time position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, between 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. Must be able to work afternoons (2:30 pm and on Monday through Friday).
Travel: The Associate Clinical Supervisor role involves fieldwork and frequent travel to client homes, schools, or community-based locations within the designated regions. The candidate must have a dependable mode of transportation. Our cases are primarily in the Inland Empire region, including Chino Hills, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, and Fontana.

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
