What Will You Do?
- Own ABM strategy and execution for target account lists in partnership with sales, including multi-touch campaigns, outbound support, and 1:1 or 1:few initiatives
- Plan and launch lead generation programs across digital channels (email, paid social, content syndication, webinars, etc.) to drive MQLs and SQLs
- Develop audience segmentation, messaging, and content strategies that align with buyer personas and journey stages
- Use tools like 6sense, Marketo, and Salesforce to track engagement, score leads, and optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps to ensure proper lead handoff, tracking, and follow-up
- Test, measure, and optimize—constantly refine campaigns based on performance metrics and feedback from the field
What You Will Need
- 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or ABM roles, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, etc.), marketing automation (Marketo/Hubspot preferred), and CRM (Salesforce)
- Proven ability to generate and convert pipeline through strategic targeting and campaign execution
- Strong collaboration and communication skills—you’re comfortable working across marketing, sales, and product teams
- Analytical mindset and results-driven approach—you know how to turn data into action
