Take the lead in managing our air conditioning maintenance team to ensure optimal HVAC system performance, safety, and reliability throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations, schedules, and performance of AC technicians.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across the property.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain guest comfort.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Work closely with management on system upgrades, preventive maintenance plans, and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing technical teams.
- Excellent mechanical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic abilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
