Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Must establish national accounts
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a commercial environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach to selling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years experience
