Job Summary:
The Account Manager – Logistics provides direction, oversight, and accountability for single account within the division. Regularly coordinates with client to ensure adequate Supervisory and Officer staffing and compliance with all client requirements. Must be available to attend meetings and training as arranged by client and management. Responsible for overall operational and financial performance of the account, ongoing assessments of staff and works with the Operation Manager to ensure proper staff assignments.

Working knowledge and understanding of logistics industry to include warehouse and trucking operations are preferred or willing to train.

- Serves as a key point of client contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for assigned account; evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner.
- Supports security planning, assessments and surveys; reviews and updates post orders. Assists in the development of site-specific training materials.
- Oversees, coordinates and participates in the recruitment, selection, training, development and retention of high caliber employees in accordance with applicable law and Andy Frain policy.
- Prepares and coordinates security officer staffing schedules. Coordinates alternate staffing coverage in the vent scheduled security officers call off. Acts to ensure client requirements are met while controlling labor costs.
- Assists in the development and administration of budget and business goals in relation to assigned account.
- Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies and procedures. Acts to ensure that employees are treated with dignity and respect and that employees understand applicable laws, policies and procedures.
- Coaches employees and administers disciplinary actions as necessary and in accordance applicable laws and Andy Frain policy.
- Ensures that client and Andy Frain property are properly utilized, maintained and accounted for.
- Ensures that there is a proper inventory of uniforms, equipment and supplies.
- Maintains and submits payroll records and other business information.
- Reviews security reports to verify post orders and client requirements have been satisfactorily followed.
- Personally inspects all posts.
- Develop post orders and best practices for each assigned position within a designated account
- Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of Security Supervisors and Officers.
- Proactively identifies risks to employees and company assets (buildings, equipment, etc.). Plays a central role in ensuring a safe, healthy and secure workplace.
- Responsible for orientation and training of Security Officers and other personnel.
- Develop site training aids and manuals to document process or operations and provided services
- Handles all on-site and final in person interviews
- Submits billing and payroll for processing
- Meets regularly with client(s) to proactively address security, emergency and safety matters.
