We are seeking an engaging, dynamic and enthusiastic full-time Account Manager to join our client support team.
Responsibilities
· Provide tailored support regarding specific and specialized customer accounts
· Consistently respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
· Initiate and implement corrective action related to customer concerns
· Receive, place and process customer orders with a high level of accuracy
· Evaluate sourcing options by availability, price and location
· Design efficient FTL pallet quantities based on demand
· Prepare necessary documents for invoice processing
· Update database with customer and vendor information
· Receive and direct incoming communication such as calls and emails
· Arrange freight shipments with carriers
· Participate in recommending and developing changes to existing methodologies to increase accuracy and efficiency
Experience
· Customer service: 2 years
· Account management: 2 years
· Office experience: 2 years
· Administrative assistance: 2 years
· Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel): fluent
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred
· Four-year college degree preferred
· Experience within the supply chain and materials/pallet packaging industry preferred

Position Details
· Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM EST
· 40 hours per week in office
· $50,000 + depending on experience + with quarterly bonuses after one year
