ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Hey y'all, I am looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive sales, ensure client satisfaction and retention and oversee daily operations in office. In this role, you'll have opportunities to lead and support a passionate team while also growing and developing yourself both in further education and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales or office / account management.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations with clients or leads face to face or over the phone.
