Job Summary
- Mosquito Hunters Account Representatives are responsible for following up on leads provided by from the sales center.
Responsibilities
- Know Mosquito Hunters services and products
- Identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Represent the company and maintain a high level of customer service
- Monitor email inbox, internal messaging system and phone system
- Respond to customer service and sales-related calls, emails and messages in a timely manner
- Perform various clerical and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- No prior work experience necessary, but sales experience a plus
- Must enjoy interacting with people
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have experience in using computer software programs
- Be willing to step outside your comfort zone
