Job Duties
- Prepare financial reports and accounting statements
- Post journal entries to the general ledger
- Allocate expenditures to appropriate accounts
- Process payroll and generate related reports
- Proofread accounting documents for accuracy
- Generate summary sheets for internal use or audit purposes
- Support general bookkeeping tasks including reconciliations and data entry
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 4+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation
- Proficiency in preparing journal entries, allocating expenditures, and generating financial reports
- Experience using ERP systems for financial management
- Effective communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Self-motivated, dependable, and honest with a proactive work ethic
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal collaboration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
