Kelley Ferraro LLC, a Plaintiffs’ law firm located in Downtown Cleveland, has an immediate, entry level, full-time position available within the Accounting Department. This individual will primarily be responsible for operational functions such as, but not limited to, bank deposits, client distribution, co-counsel payments, check disbursement, general journal adjustments, etc. Varying tasks and other general accounting duties may be assigned as needed.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access and Outlook) and be able to handle a high volume workload. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be an individual who is highly organized, team-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure. A degree in Accounting is preferred; however, an applicant with experience in accounts payable and/or bookkeeping in lieu of a degree will be considered. Familiarity with Sage 100/Mas 200 is helpful.
