Job Description
FidTech is looking to fill an immediate position within the Client Services team. This position provides excellent opportunity for growth in an organization with tenure. This position allows for experience working with the expanding non-profit client base served through our technology platform. This is a hybrid position located in downtown Stamford, CT.
Job Responsibilities
- Resolve client service issues through effective communication on support tickets and regular client meetings
- Work with clients and team members to identify & solve client accounting and software system issues and requests
- Identify and document product/process issues and/or trends needing improvement
- Work with in-house development team to design and test new features, enhancements, and bugs throughout the QA process
- Participate in on-boarding of new clients, data review, and client training
- Contribute to development and execution of client service standards to maintain client satisfaction and retention
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with and developing relationships with high-level clients
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Strong interest in technology and familiarity with Jira & SQL preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
