DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Location: Stafford, TX
- Pay: $25-$28/hr
- Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
- Duration: Temporary (3 months)
- Description of Duties: This role is responsible for processing invoices and backup documentation in customer billing portals, monitoring invoice status, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely data entry and document retrieval to support receivables. The position requires close collaboration with credit specialists, collections, sales, and operations teams, as well as handling various administrative tasks.
- Requirements: Candidates must have at least one year of accounts receivable and credit experience, preferably in a service organization, along with working knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft Office, and customer billing portals such as ARIBA or Open Invoice. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
