Social Work p.r.n. is seeking a BSW for a full-time, direct hire position as an Activity Therapy Supervisor in Hoyleton, IL. This role is in charge of the planning, coordination, and implementation of therapeutic and recreational programming for youth in residential care.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coaching Activity Therapy staff
- Leading therapeutic and recreational activities aligned with youth treatment plans
- Documenting Medicaid-billable interventions
- Coordinating special programs
- Ensuring safe and effective use of recreational equipment and resources
