About the Role:
Are you energetic, outgoing, and great with people? Do you hate the idea of sitting behind a desk all day? Dance Vision Studios is hiring Trainee Ballroom Dance Instructors to join our vibrant team in Frisco. No dance experience required – we hire personality first and train the rest!
What You’ll Do:
- Teach private lessons and group classes (full training provided)
- Build lasting relationships with students of all ages
- Learn the art of ballroom dancing and how to teach it
- Grow professionally with real career paths in teaching, competition, management, and even ownership
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing and high-energy individuals
- Excellent communication skills and natural charisma
- Physically active – you can’t sit still!
- Presentable, professional, and ready to learn
- Ages 18–28 preferred due to program structure
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $650/week
- After 4-6 Months: $800–$1,000+/week based on performance
