Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide basic support to the Human Resources team. This dual-function role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage front desk responsibilities: greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist in coordinating company events and internal meetings.
HR Administrative Support:
Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., attendance, personal information, and onboarding status).
Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing orientation materials and collecting documentation.
Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Help organize training sessions and staff development activities.
Assist with timekeeping and leave tracking.
Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator.
Experience or familiarity with basic HR practices is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Discretion with confidential information.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in HR or office administration is a plus.
