Optimae LifeServices in Iowa City seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. Duties include data entry, filing, greeting the public, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and many other duties. This position requires travel and the employee must provide reliable transportation; as we grow into Cedar Rapids this Admin will be asked to commute to Cedar Rapids until that office is up and running.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
· A high school degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
· Experience with administrative and receptionist duties is preferred.
· Basic computer skills are required.
· Must have a valid Iowa drivers’ license, a safe driving record, and proof of adequate automobile insurance.
- Background check required which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse and driving record check
