The Administrative Assistant - Front Desk position coordinates internal and external communications hospital wide and provides a first contact response to visitors. Provides a security/emergency gatekeeper function.

Required for the first day of work:
- Knowledge of administrative practices and office procedures.
- Knowledge of customer services practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year customer service experience preferred.
- One to two years of experience performing a variety of office or clerical support preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted on a case-by-case basis.

This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.00 base pay increase effective July 1, 2025 and July 1, 2026.
