Administrative Assistant for Workforce Programming
The core function of the Program Administrative Assistant is to support the Chamber Foundation, Workforce Development Center, and its programs as needed to help programs run smoothly and efficiently. General duties and responsibilities for all programs include:
Program Support:
· Data collecting and reporting
· Communications assistance, scheduling and tracking
· Collect, track, order program supplies & expenses
· Program referral tracking
· Maintaining master caseload spreadsheet and databases with input and outcomes
· Program management assistance, attending meetings, note taking, organize client files, maintaining systems for program compliance
· Program document processing, copying, submission to other departments to meet program deadlines
· Program attendance tracking
· Scheduling presenters, activities
· Serve as a liaison for caseworkers between program administrators and other staff
· Job placement outreach
· Maintain office calendar
· Coordination and administration of programs as needed and other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
