Launch Your Financial Planning Career the Right Way
Entry-Level Financial Planning Track — Admin, Paraplanner, Future CFP
If you're 2–4 years into your career, have learned the value of hard work, and are ready to build something that lasts, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
We’re a well-established, full-service financial planning firm with over 30 years of proven success. We’re looking for a motivated and driven individual who wants to grow from an administrative support role into a fully licensed financial planner. You’ll learn the business from the ground up, working directly with seasoned professionals who know how to succeed and are ready to teach you how to do the same.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Start in administrative operations — learn our systems, clients, and workflows.
- Support advisors with client communications, CRM updates, and document prep.
- Begin paraplanning tasks as you demonstrate readiness — building financial plans, analyzing portfolios, and more.
- Follow our Roadmap to Success — a structured development plan that includes mentoring, training, and support toward earning your CFP® certification.
- As you grow, so does your responsibility, compensation, and flexibility.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of professional work experience (corporate or client-facing preferred).
- Experience in administrative or customer service roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, and general comfort with business software and CRMs.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a cheerful, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to put in the work and take ownership of your career path — this is not a clock-in, clock-out job.
- A thick skin and the maturity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary with unlimited growth potential — your earnings are up to you.
- Health and dental insurance, paid vacation, and retirement plan options (including a profit sharing plan).
- Support for licensing and continuing education.
- Hybrid work flexibility after onboarding and successful performance.
- A collaborative, mentorship-based culture that prioritizes excellence, not ego.
This is a career, not just a job. If you’re hungry to learn, unafraid of effort, and serious about building a future in financial planning, we’ll give you the tools, training, and opportunities to succeed — as fast as you’re ready.
Come see what’s possible when you’re surrounded by people who’ve already done it — and are ready to help you do it too.
