DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential clerical and organizational support within the office environment. This role is responsible for facilitating day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communications among internal and some external stakeholders, and ensuring documentation and logistical processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet visitors and answer the company phone as needed.
- Order office supplies, restock supplies and refreshment areas regularly and as needed.
- Facilitate meeting logistics, including conference room set up and arrangement of refreshments and/or food.
- Process and distribute company mail and/or certified mail.
- Corporate Offices Utility Management.
- Corporate Office Facility Management including Broomfield Apartment Rental Coordination.
- Help to coordinate company events.
- Send out necessary announcements.
- Some Corporate Travel Support.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 Years of administrative work experience
- OSHA-10 certification preferred.
Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Expected fill date : July 7th 2025
Pay Range : $20 - $25/ hr.
