- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Contact past and current clients and government offices as required.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance.
- Organize and file client documents.
- Act as a liaison between the office, shop, and production teams.
- Create workflow paperwork and ensure its accuracy.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Assist in employee onboarding, including scheduling drug and background checks.
- Occasionally handle pickup and filing of paperwork, signs, etc.
- Support with additional tasks based on professional skills and company needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent – Preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in person at our location.
