Administrative Assistant – Signature Property Closings (SPC)

Signature Property Closings (SPC) is a title company providing title and closing services for residential and commercial real estate transactions in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Tennessee.
Job Overview:
SPC is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant who exemplifies our core values of effective communication, efficiency, and integrity. This is a long-term opportunity—not a temporary position. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible with their schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Print and organize documents
- Deliver packages to FedEx and UPS
- Assist with basic bookkeeping
- Attend and support real estate closings
- Capture photos and videos at closings
- Provide creative marketing input and support social media
- Assist with planning and executing events
- Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Preferred Technical Knowledge:
- Mailchimp
- Canva
- Qualia (or other title software)
- Microsoft Office and Excel
- Instagram & Facebook (for business use)
- Eventbrite
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Prior experience in the real estate or title industry is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation and secured internet access
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- Must sign a confidentiality agreement
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Some flexibility may be required based on business needs.
