We're hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Compliance Coordinator to help keep us organized, compliant, and audit-ready. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes initiative, and wants to grow with a small company.
Position Summary:
The Administrative Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing documentation, tracking compliance deadlines, and conducting in-person check-ins with clients to gather signatures and verify service delivery. You’ll be trained in the DHS 245D regulatory framework and play a key role in keeping the agency legally sound and operationally smooth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and audit client documentation (CSSPs, assessments, progress notes, MARs)
- Track due dates for staff training, background checks, client renewals, and care plans
- Conduct in-person client visits to collect signatures and verify service quality
- Organize and update digital and physical files
- Support new hire onboarding and ensure compliance with 245D standards
- Prepare for DHS audits, license renewals, and internal compliance checks
- Assist the director with other administrative and compliance-related duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required – any field)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage records accurately
- Good communication skills — both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills (email, Google Drive or Microsoft Office, cloud storage)
- Reliable transportation to conduct client visits within the Twin Cities metro
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a growing company environment
Compensation, Perks & Benefits:

- $1000 sign-on bonus after 30 days
