Responsible for various administrative duties at our office including but not limited to the following:
- Happiness hero for all incoming phone calls and emails for the office.
- Manage documentation for unemployment claims, wage verifications.
- Monitor and order parts/supplies as requested by Management team members.
- Process and organize personnel documentation electronically.
- Prepare, edit and distribute reports to management.
- Preparing various documents utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
Some of the attributes that we are looking for in this position include:
- 2-4 years minimum experience in office oversight duties is required.
- Highly proficient in using MS Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel and the internet to perform daily office tasks.
- Personable and energetic, with a great phone presence.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written and oral directives effectively.
- Exceptional written and oral communication.
- Ability to self-direct and recognize needs of the office and staff as they arise.
