Administrative & Operations Support Coordinator
(Part-Time ~25 hours/week)

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Administrative & Operations Support Coordinator to help streamline and support day-to-day business operations. This role assists technical and managerial staff with meeting coordination, basic procurement, internal communication, and supply tracking. Ideal for someone organized, resourceful, and willing to provide support across a variety of functions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule internal team meetings and events
- Support procurement of office, lab, and facility supplies (under staff guidance)
- Maintain organized records and assist with shared documentation systems
- Help manage internal communications and simple reporting
- Provide general administrative relief to managers and technical staff
- Assist with facilities coordination and vendor contact where needed
- Track inventory of administrative and lab consumables (Chemical Industry experience a plus)
Traits of a Strong Candidate
- 3+ years administrative, office management, or operations support experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience working in a technical or R&D environment – a plus
- Comfort managing small purchases and handling multiple tasks

- Location: Saukville (primary), Sheboygan Falls (secondary), hybrid flexibility
- Schedule: Part-Time (25 hours/week)
- Reports To: Site Management
- Travel: On-site presence expected 2–3 days/week
