PART TIME OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to join our sales organization.
- Adeptly edit digital photos as a key stage in creating our online inventory.
- Follow a multi-steps process for logging photos, adding them to email templates, and complete email sending without errors.
- Work in our CRM software and update project statuses.
- Archive files in company software, system clean up, and other basic administrative tasks.
- Send professional business communications via email and provide follow up.
Use good judgment and professional communication when dealing with coworkers and customers. Work with all levels of the organization including CEO, sales representatives and administrative team in a professional manner.
Skills required: photo editing, organizational skills, be able to follow directions and complete projects unsupervised, be able to work in several online software programs simultaneously. Strong computer skills and Google Suite/Gmail required.
Responsibilities: Complete accurate work on time. Work through issues, as needed, to complete tasks.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 22 per week
