Looking for administrative assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions. Candidate must be local.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Answer inbound telephone calls
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Must have good computer skills
Must be able to juggle several different tasks and priorities
Must be willing to learn new computer programs used by our business
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Marketing background will be preferred
Information Technology (IT) background will be preferred
Worked for an IT company in past will be plus
Book-keeping or accounting experience will be plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
