USR Holdings is seeking dedicated, hardworking, and motivated Admissions Support Representatives to work in our Admissions office located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Admissions Support Representative is required to act as the liaison once a person is considering taking part in our program.
Admissions support representatives are tasked with conducting pre-assessments, creating EMR face sheets, and sending intake emails and arranging transportation. Admissions support representatives will also help with data entry, alumni follow up calls, and perform any other tasks that the Shift Supervisor or the Admissions Director deems necessary during that shift.
Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, work well in a team-based environment, have strong computer skills, and most of all have a desire to help others.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume department involving contact with prospective clients, parents, and other constituents regarding the admissions process.
- Ability to work independent of direct supervision and to be a team player.
- Create leads, convert opportunities, and act as the liaison for all referrals coming from business development and partner accounts.
- Complete clinical/medical pre-assessments fully and completely so that all relevant information is gathered and documented in the appropriate area.
- Complete EMR face sheets for prospective patients based on the information gathered during the pre-assessment.
- Field chat messages from interested parties reaching out to our facility for help with substance use disorders or mental health disorders. Take appropriate action for chat in a timely manner.
- Operate efficiently utilizing all our web portals, which include, but are not limited to: Outlook365, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, etc.
- Document all phone conversations and chat conversations in the corresponding place and makes sure all data is accurate, factual, and time and date stamped.
- Maintain all client confidentiality laws and understands the importance of HIPAA in the workplace.
- Always ensures a professional atmosphere.
- Build lasting relationships with patients/families and other team members based on trust and reliability.
- Organize CRM files to ensure that our data is accurate, factual, and complete.
- Verify benefits utilizing online portals and determine if the potential patient is a good fit for one of our programs.
Experience:
- Prior Admissions experience is preferred
- Knowledge of substance abuse and the recovery process is preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferred
- Knowledge of KIPU EMR and Call Tracking Metrics is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office365
