Adobe Creative Cloud Application Analyst and Graphic Support Assistant
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Certifications/training in Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design are preferred. Relevant work experience may offset educational requirement.
Minimum Years of Experience:
- 4 years of relevant experience; or
- A bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field plus at least 2 years of direct experience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud in a customer-facing environment.
Functional Requirements:
- Deliver advanced one-on-one support for PRC-supported desktop applications (walk-in, Teams, email, phone).
- Direct expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, etc.), with secondary proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint/Visio.
- Conduct and teach Adobe Creative Cloud training (in-person and virtually, up to 7 classes/week).
- Create 2D/3D graphics for print, web, and multimedia.
- Assist with application updates and hardware changes within 15 days.
- Maintain, track, and set up loaner and classroom equipment (projectors, Smartboards, etc.).
- Develop, update, and revise user guides.
- Research and recommend new hardware/software solutions.
- Operate and maintain laser engravers and other specialty equipment, provide hardware support, and perform routine duties related to PRC operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35.77 - $36.89 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
