The initial focus of this role is program managing Cargill's transformation to CargillNow. And we’ll do this as one Cargill – across HR, IT, finance & procurement – so that everyday work activity, workflows and tasks will no longer be fragmented across systems. This approach will integrate seamlessly with existing systems, making for easy employee adoption, smooth business continuity & the ability to simplify our processes behind the scenes. In this role, you will manage across functional workstream projects to ensure program’s objectives are met, operationalize governance & decision making processes, communicate program status & risks to senior leaders and manage program timelines & milestones. Key Accountabilities
Independently identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
Strong communication skills to present to all levels of the organization
Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
Independently organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.

The expected salary for this position is $140,000- $200,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
