What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, precise injections of neurotoxins and dermal fillers, customizing every treatment plan to the client’s goals.
- Conduct thorough consultations, educating clients on their options while setting realistic expectations.
- Build long-term client relationships by delivering results-driven, natural enhancements.
- Stay current on the latest injection techniques, safety protocols, and aesthetic trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Illinois license.
- Minimum of 2 years injecting experience (dermal fillers, neurotoxins required).
- Strong aesthetic eye with a commitment to delivering natural, balanced outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional yet approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and consultations to determine aesthetic treatment plans.
- Administer neuromodulator treatments and dermal fillers with precision and care.
- Provide education to patients regarding procedures, aftercare, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
- Monitor patients during procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Skills
Candidates should possess a diverse skill set that includes but is not limited to:
- Proficiency in neuromodulator treatment and dermal filler administration
- Strong background in critical care, emergency medicine, or acute care settings.
- Knowledge of aseptic technique, infection control, and vital signs monitoring.
- Understanding of health coaching principles and patient education strategies. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about aesthetic nursing and committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.
