Summary
We are seeking a Regional Director to join The Superlative Club, responsible for overseeing multiple educational programs across various locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our mission of enriching students' lives through artistic education is realized effectively and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for educational programs in your region.
- Supervise program coordinators and ensure high-quality delivery of arts education.
- Foster relationships with schools, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote program participation.
- Monitor program effectiveness through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments.
- Lead training sessions for staff on best practices in classroom management and educational techniques.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to support program growth and sustainability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in educational leadership or program management, preferably in the arts or related fields.
- Strong classroom management skills with a focus on student engagement.
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including special education needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, students, and community partners.
- A background in early childhood education or theater is a plus.
