Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as School Program Staff. This role is essential in providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for students. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children. Must have experience driving small school bus or 15 passenger van.
Duties
- Supervise and engage with students during program activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist in behavior management strategies to maintain a positive atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Provide support in helping students with homework and academic challenge
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding student progress and any concerns.
Skills
- Familiarity with tutoring practices to assist students academically.
- Knowledge of Christian principles can enhance the support provided to students.
- Strong behavior management techniques to effectively handle diverse classroom dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with students, parents, and colleagues.
