Altus Motorsports is a local powersports dealership in search of assembly and light mechanical technician to help maintain the high quality service we provide to our customers. We are seeking individuals to uncrate and assemble new motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, and Lawn Equipment. Light mechanical abilities are required. This position will get new units ready for sale, help recondition pre-owned units, and assist in other shop duties. If you are a self-starter interested in being part of a fast paced powersports dealership look no further. We are a family owned business with over 27 years in the powersports businesses. We sell new Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Polaris, KTM, Husqvarna vehicles as well as Lawn Equipment. We also sell used ATV's, UTV's, and motorcycles.
This position requires an individual with excellent problem solving skills, ability to read and follow directions, product knowledge, the ability to multitask, a disciplined work ethic, and a strong enthusiasm for the powersports industry. Prior ATV Mechanic, Motorcycle Mechanic, and Automotive Mechanic experience moves you to the top of the list!
Job duties will include: light mechanical work
- maintaining machines
- reading and following instructions
- using computer diagnostic equipment
- maintaining a clean organized workspace
- as well as assorted daily departmental duties
- picking up customer units in the local area for service
Candidates must have a clean valid driver's license. This is a full-time position with competitive wages. We offer a generous portion of your health insurance paid, vision, dental, matching 401k, and life insurance. Candidates with prior experience go to the top of the line.
