Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon E-commerce Specialist to strengthen our presence on Amazon and support our Shopify operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, understands e-commerce growth levers, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Marketplace Management
- Oversee daily operations of our Amazon storefront to ensure optimal product visibility and sales performance.
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords, and backend search terms.
- Monitor product rankings, conversion rates, and inventory levels to implement data-driven strategies.
- Respond to customer reviews and feedback to uphold a high seller rating and ensure a positive buyer experience.
Order Fulfillment & Issue Resolution
- Troubleshoot fulfillment and shipping discrepancies in collaboration with internal logistics and customer service teams.
- Review and act on Amazon performance metrics (e.g., late shipment rate, order defect rate, stranded inventory).
- Monitor inventory health and address listing issues to maintain uninterrupted selling.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as sales velocity, Buy Box performance, best sellers, and campaign ROI.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement; adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies to avoid account health risks or listing suspensions.
Promotions & Advertising
- Plan and execute Lightning Deals, coupons, and promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Support management with Amazon PPC campaign performance analysis and recommendations.
- Analyze results to inform future advertising and promotional decisions.
Secondary Responsibilities: Shopify Platform
Product Listing Support
- Maintain and update product listings on Shopify, ensuring consistency in descriptions, pricing, images, and product details.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to support accurate and timely product launches.
Campaign & Promotion Support
- Assist in executing Shopify-based promotional activities, including seasonal campaigns and product highlights.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify stores.
- Proven success in Amazon listing creation, SEO, and optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Excel, Helium 10, and Jungle Scout.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
