Duties:
Warmly greet our patients, visitors, and staff to create a welcoming environment.
Engage by being friendly, showing care, and making connections
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors entering the facilities to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.
Provide wayfinding information and help guide patients and visitors to their destinations.
Escort patients and visitors to registration, clinics, waiting areas, inpatient units, etc. using wheelchairs and other mobility devices.
Offer wayfinding assistance to patients and visitors by providing information and directions to their destinations.
Anticipate guest needs, respond rapidly, and own issues until it is resolved.
Remains visible and positions themselves at the information desk with a personal appearance that conveys confidence and professionalism while adhering to attire standards.
Handles routine inquiries/issues, and directs patient complaints to appropriate individuals.
Routinely conducts environmental observations and follows up to address issues in area(s) of coverage.
Serves as a resource to visitors waiting in area(s) of coverage.

Make rounds to patients room to discover any issues/concerns and report to the HR department & Patient experience team.
Support our hospitals by performing a wide range of duties such as copying, filing, cutting, laminating, assembling resource packets and supply kits, making phone calls, providing reminders, stocking materials, decorating, sorting mail and more.
Formal Education This position requires a minimum formal education of High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year job-related experience.
