Local family owned property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for one of our beautiful communities in the Northville area!

Experienced in:
*Electrical and plumbing maintenance/repair.
*Painting and minor carpentry repairs.
*Perform service requests.
*Preparation of market ready units.
*Must be able to work flexible hours and handle "on call" rotation duties as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Conditions of employment include passing a drug screening and background check. Experience is highly preferred. Rate of pay is dependent upon experience specific to industry.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your role encompasses a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical repairs, as well as general facilities maintenance. Additionally, your relevant experience in customer service and leadership will contribute to a positive living environment for residents.
