Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Apartment Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Grounds Maintenance
- HVAC Experience on Forced Air & Air Conditioning Systems (Required)
- Deliver Notices
- Paint/Clean Turnovers if needed
- 40 Hours Per Week/Mon-Fir 8AM - 5PM
- Live within 1hr of Property
- Be able to work Independently
- This is NOT a live in position
- On-Call Experience (Required)
- Valid DL with valid address
- Basic Plumbing Knowledge
- Basic Electrical Knowledge
- Basic Carpentry Skills
- Appliance Repair
*Willing to train the right individual in HVAC skills & Appliance Repair if they have basic knowledge of both*

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
