Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform repairs on various appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and dishwasher, ice machines, and wine coolers .
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of appliances.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair processes and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in appliance technology.
Skills
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge related to appliance repair.
- Experience in field service or as a service technician is highly desirable.
- Proficient in equipment repair techniques and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for various appliances.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license.
