We’re looking for a Foodservice Equipment Instructor to bring real-world experience, energy, and knowledge to the next generation of technicians. Whether it's electric, gas, steam, or refrigeration—you’ve done it, and now it's time to teach it.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering hands-on and classroom training in foodservice equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Creating a positive learning environment that prepares students for success in the field
- Sharing your hard-earned tips, tricks, and “what-not-to-dos” from the jobsite
- Supporting curriculum development and ensuring training stays relevant to industry needs
- Mentoring entry-level techs and building their confidence and capability
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of field experience in foodservice equipment repair (hot-side and/or cold-side)
- Strong electromechanical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills
- A natural communicator with a passion for coaching and teaching
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, hands-on lessons
- CFESA certifications are a big plus (or willingness to obtain them)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.50 - $38.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
