Develops documentation and other aids for users to assist with installation, maintenance and operating procedures. May create coding and logic specifications for developers.

Additional Job Description

Required Education/Skills/Work Experience:

A high school diploma and five years directly related experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year directly related experience. Must possess good communication and customer service skills. SQL knowledge and experience with Higher Education applications is preferred.
